Dwayne is the Pastor-in-Charge at Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC that he founded in 2007. He is also a member of the board of the Acts 29 Network and he acts as the director of Pastoral Care for the network. Alongside his pastoring, Dwayne has a passion for training the new generation of Biblical counselors. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has published numerous pieces online and is a contributor to the Christ-Centered Bible Counseling: Transform Lives Through God's unchangeable truth. Kelleman & Viars).
