Melina Kanakaredes plays an American actress best recognized for her role as the role of detective Stella Bonasera in the CBS police procedural drama series CSI: NY Dr. Sydney Hansen on the NBC drama series Providence as well as Dr. Lane Hunter on the medical drama series The Resident.
